O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 08.02.2023 in W.P. No. 8373 of 2021.

2. A further documents had been filed on behalf of the petitioner giving a rough sketch in which probably he is of the opinion that the electric cable can be drawn.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner very specifically stated that the petitioner has no objection for laying the electric cable under his land.

4. There are two separate proposals given by the respondent, and a sketch of which had been presented before this Court. The learned counsel has no objections for adopting either one of the two options for laying the underground cable.
