O R D E R

The Petitioner has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw the First Appeal in A.S.No.75 of 2020 pending on the file of XVII Additional City Civil Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chennai and transfer the same to this Court, to be tried along with Second Appeal in S.A.No.662 of 2019 pending before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels for the respondents 1, 2 and 4.

3. Learned counsels appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 have no objection for the said transfer.

4. Considering the above factor, the proceedings pending on the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in A.S.No.75 of 2020 is withdrawn and transferred to the file of this Court, to be tried along with Second Appeal in S.A.No.662 of 2019.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
