(The case has been heard through video conference) The Petition in C.M.P.No.17296 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 325 days in paying the deficit Court fee and the Petition in C.M.P.No.17298 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 317 days in re-presenting the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same "for admission".
