Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorary calling for the records of the first respondent Notice bearing Na.Ka. No. 869/2021/SF 1 dated 29.07.2021 issued as against the petitioner and quash the same.

ORDER

The learned counsel submitted that already the petitioner has given the objection for the notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 27.08.2021 under Section 87 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, dated 09.09.2021. The petitioner has to necessarily wait for the 1st respondent to act upon this representation / objection and if thereafter any decision is taken, it will be left open to the petitioner to proceed further in accordance with law.

2. This Court has already passed an order on an earlier occasion in WP No. 1725 of 2021 only on 18.08.2021 and in the said order, it has been made clear as to what are the objections given by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily wait for further orders to be passed by the 1st respondent and the petitioner cannot be moving a writ petition at every stage before this Court. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
