It is seen from the Court records, that this matter has been adjourned on several occasions viz., 29.07.2024, 06.08.2024 & 09.09.2024, on account of non appearance of the petitioner. On 18.09.2024, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that they have not received any instructions from the petitioner, and therefore, the Registry was directed to delete the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and directed to print the name of the petitioner itself in the cause list and the matter was adjourned to 25.09.2024 under the caption "for orders".
