2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, since it pertains to shifting of liquor bar and the cause of action no longer subsists.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no effective adjudication can be made. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
