ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records culminating in the Impugned Order G.O (D) No.8 dated 24.01.2014 along with Impugned Letter No.1076/ OPI.2/ 2014-I dated 24.01.2014 issued by the first respondent and quash the Impugned Order G.O.(D) No.8 and consequential Impugned Letter No.1076/ OPI.2/ 2014-I dated 24.01.2014 as illegal, arbitrary, as against principles of natural justice and direct the first and third respondents from withholding and disbursing the Pension benefit accrued to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner was dismissed from service by passing an order vide G.O.(3D).No.1, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (H2) Department, dated 30.01.2020 and in view of the same, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
