Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in respect of a Matrimonial dispute which is pending in between the petitioner and 3rd respondent.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in respect of a Matrimonial dispute which is pending in between the petitioner and 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents police.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to interfere with the matrimonial dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
