Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that appropriate orders will be passed in the statutory Appeal Memorandum filed by the petitioner on 31.12.2019 together with the Additional Grounds to Appeal filed by the petitioner on 09.08.2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondent to dispose the statutory appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
