2.
The writ petitioner had applied to the 3rd respondent seeking issuance of community certificates for his son and daughter. The petitioner's request was rejected vide communication dated 15.09.2025. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.
3.
The petitioner has enclosed copies of his community certificate as well as the community certificates of his wife and father. It is seen that the writ
petitioner, his wife as well as, the writ petitioner's father belong to Hindu Adi Dravidar community. Therefore, this Court is satisfied that the 3rd respondent has to necessarily issue community certificates (origin) to the writ petitioner's son and daughter. The same shall be done immediately. 4.
Accordingly, the impugned order dated 15.09.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent is hereby quashed and these writ petitions stand allowed. No costs.
