By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given representation to the respondent to process online patta. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction.

5. The Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondent in a reasonable time.

6. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
