Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in letter No.V.12017/18/2011-DE dated 30.03.2013 and quash the same as far as it relates to the stream of Periodontology and consequentially direct the respondents to conduct fresh inspection and to grant the renewal permission in Periodontology for three seats for the academic year 2013-2014.
