ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the Respondent Police to file a Charge Sheet against the FIR No.1610 of 2018 dated 29.12.2018 in a time bound manner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said Crime Number on 29.12.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
