2. W.M.P.No.19224 of 2024 is ordered by extending the period for compliance with the directions under order dated 20.06.2024 prior to end of business tomorrow i.e., 03.07.2024.

The petitioner's specific assertions are that she has studied in the classes earmarked for Tamil medium and that she has also written her examinations in Tamil. However, she was not the recipient of the stipend for the reason that such benefit came to be introduced only for subsequent batches.

Since these facts do not emanate very clearly from the affidavit, the counter does not have any specific reference to these aspects. Thus, (i) let an affidavit be filed by the respondents confirming whether the petitioner has studied in the Tamil Medium section; (ii) whether the petitioner has written her examinations in Tamil; (iii) whether she was the recipient of any stipend for PSTM category. Let the attendance books for the Tamil medium section be produced. 5.
