ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

Questioning the lock and seal notice issued by the 2nd respondent, the petitioners have preferred a Special Revision Petition under Section 80(A) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 before the 1st respondent.

The 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the aforesaid Special Revision Petition filed by the petitioners dated 29.05.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners. 5.
We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the issue.
