The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code and later altered into Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.190 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused had attacked the defacto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences, due to which, the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that, due to previous enmity, false complaint has been lodged and hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an History Sheeter in H.S.No.01 of 2020 and there are nine previous cases pending against the petitioner, hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner ie, there are nine previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
