The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to return petitioner's original certificates and documents collected during his Super-Speciality admission along with his Super-Speciality degree certificates

2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that certificates have been issued and nothing survives for further adjudication with regard to the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
