O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2013 in accordance with law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she gave a representation to the respondents requesting them to measure the passage which falls in old survey No.36, new survey no.319/4, east-west measuring 36 feet and north-south measuring 65 feet, in total measuring 2340 sq. ft in Perandur Village in Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District - 602 026. considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2013 seeking for measurement of the aforementioned passage was considered by the fourth respondent and the final orders has also been passed by the fourth respondent on 29.12.2020. According to him, a copy of the said order was also sent to the petitioner.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner has been duly considered by the fourth respondent and final orders has also been passed on 29.12.2020, this writ petition is disposed of as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved. No costs.
