ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from effecting changes in the revenue entries, more specifically Patta No.747 and its FMB Sketch, till the disposal of a civil suit in O.S. No.70 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif, Sulur.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that he has filed a suit in O.S. No.70 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif, Sulur for a permanent and mandatory injunction not to change revenue records with regard to cart track in S. No.241/2B. The suit has been filed against the private respondents. However, pending suit, on the basis of an application given by the private respondents, now the officials are making an attempt to mutate the revenue records and hence the petitioner seeks a direction.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that no records will be changed till the disposal of the suit in O.S. No.70 of 2023. His statement is recorded. Hence no further orders are required.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
