ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the first information report registered by the first respondent in Crime No.114 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.114 of 2013, investigation was completed and charge sheet is made ready and he seeks time to file the charge sheet.

3. Since the investigation was completed in Crime No.114 of 2013 and charge sheet is ready, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. The first respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
