PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other order or orders in the nature of writ calling for the records releating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.1416/A3/2013 dated 9.3.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the petitioner appointment as waterman in 4th respondent school from the date of his appointment and to pay all the service and monetary benefits.
