This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2024 which was followed by reminder dated 06.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's request was already considered and the second respondent passed an order dated 12.01.2022 by treating the leave period as duty without any salary. Instead of challenging the said order, once again, the petitioner submitted a representation for the very same relief.
