Based on the complaint regarding cheating and non payment of sale consideration for the lorry purchased, the petitioners herein been 1/4

summoned by the respondent police for enquiry. Alleging that under the guise of enquiry, the police is harassing, the present petition is filed for protection.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioners despite summon not cooperating with the investigation. If the petitioners cooperates with the enquiry, complaint will be closed in accordance with law and proceed further 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
