ORDER

Since no adverse order has been passed against the fourth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2024 and to dispose the same in time bound manner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject land measuring to an extent of 106.0 sq.meter was assigned to the mother-in-law of the petitioner by the Government on 20.04.1992 and the petitioner and her children are her surviving legal heirs. Since, her mother-in-law, due to ignorance, has not obtained patta, the fourth respondent has created fake documents and obtained patta in his favour. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has given a representation to the respondents to cancel the patta issued in favour of the 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with after giving notice to the fourth respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
