3. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that due to administrative reasons, the delay has occurred. Hence, the appellant filed this miscellaneous petition seeking to condone the delay of 242 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the materials available on record.
