This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.10.2022 made in W.P.No.28412 of 2022. 1/4

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken for hearing, Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order dated 22.08.2023 and 03.10.2023.

3. In the order dated 03.10.2023, totally how many appeals have been filed by the petitioner has been stated, out of which, majority number of appeals have already been disposed and the remaining appeals also in due course could be disposed. All these informations that has been sought for by the petitioner since have been revealed as stated in the communication dated 03.10.2023 which has been construed that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. In view of the same, recording the aforesaid compliance, this contempt petition is closed.
