(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to issue community certificate to the petitioner based on the representation dated 19.08.2024 of the petitioner, submitted to the 2nd respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she belongs to Hindu Konda Reddy community, which is classified as Scheduled Tribe (ST) as per the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes Order (Amendment Act, 1976). She married one P.K.Murali, belonging to the same community and is blessed with two kids. In the school certificate of her husband, his community details have not been entered at the time of admission. It is further case of the petitioner that based on the community certificates dated 19.04.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of her father and brother, she applied for a community certificate on 19.08.2024, annexing her father and brother's community certificates to the 2nd respondent. Though the said application was forwarded to the 3rd respondent for an enquiry on 2/4

21.08.2024, till date, no decision in respect of issuance of community certificate to the petitioner has been taken by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 stated that the 2nd respondent has already sent a communication to the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 15.07.2025 along with relevant documents and he has also produced a copy of the same before this Court.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has applied for community certificate as early as on 19.08.2024 before the 2nd respondent, which has been forwarded to the 3rd respondent for verification and enquiry on 21.08.2024 itself. While applying for the certificate, the petitioner has enclosed copies of community certificates issued to her father and brother. Hence, the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 are directed to complete the process of enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
