This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10173 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court, by an order dated 08.10.2021, had imposed a condition to the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Court of Special Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai on the first Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 84 years and he is depending upon his kith and kin for his daily activities. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court on 08.10.2021.

nvi 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

6. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Court of Special Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai on the first Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Court of Special Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai once in four month on the first working day i.e. Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
