3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice and names printed in the cause list, no representation for R1 & R2. Hence, they have no objection to allow this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
