This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay the entire bill amount raised by the petitioner on various dates followed by the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2013, 03.06.2013 and 10.09.2013.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has made several representations in the year 2013 itself, seeking to consider his claim regarding payment of outstanding Advocate fees, the same has not been considered so far.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that the respondents will consider the claim of the petitioner regarding the unsettled bills, as expeditiously as possible.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner regarding the unsettled bills, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected
