By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to survey the petitioner's land in S.No.36/1B situated at Papanaickanahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District based on the application of the petitioner dated 08.03.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation dated 08.03.2024 to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.36/1B situated at Papanaickanahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District. However, the same had not been considered by the 2nd respondent. Hence, he seeks a direction.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
