The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.6 of 2010 on the file of the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 10.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem to state as to how long she requires to dispose of O.S.No.6 of 2010.

3. The learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem has sent a report stating that so far, twelve interlocutory applications had been filed in the suit and disposed of. Due to this reason, the suit was not able to be taken up for disposal as per the direction of this Court by order dated 08.12.2027 in C.R.P.No.3146 of 2017. Now the suit has been posted for carrying out amendment on 22.01.2025. Therefore, she requests six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2010.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem to dispose of O.S.No.6 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
