The present Application has been filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Pravin Chandra K Shah, 1st petitioner in the above original petition who passed away on 25.11.2023 viz Rikhav P Shah and Mahaveer P Shah as 6th and 7th petitioners in the above O.P.No.531 of 2024.

2. The Legal Heirship Certificate filed along with the instant application would indicate that the proposed parties are the Legal Heirs of the deceased first petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.4139 of 2025 in O.P.No.531 of 2024 stands ordered as prayed for. 25.08.2025 kak Note: Necessary amendments shall be carried out on or before 10.09.2025.
