The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement the order/direction of this Court made in W.P.Nos.24873 of 2019 and W.P.No.25147 of 2019 dated 22.07.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though certain disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the petitioner, all the disciplinary proceedings have now been completed. Now, the petitioner is on the verge of retirement. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted his representation dated 08.04.2025, requesting an order in line with the order passed in W.P.Nos.24873 and 25147 of 2019. Since, there was no response from the respondents, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation made by the petitioner within a reasonable time.

Though there is disputed facts between the parties, taking into consideration of the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is yet to be considered, this Court without going into merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.04.2025 and pass order on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
