ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of petition for injunction filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.694 of 2018 in O.S.No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Karaikal.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Karaikal. In the said suit, she sought for a temporary injunction in I.A.No.694 of 2018. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the said application for temporary injunction has not been disposed of by the Court below for more than three years. Therefore, seeking early disposal of the said IA, she came before this Court.

3. In view of the limited prayer made in the civil revision petition, seeking early disposal of I.A.No.694 of 2018, without going into merits of the 2/4

claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to Principal District Munsif, Karaikal to dispose of I.A.No.694 of 2018 in O.S.No.25 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
