ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to sanction and settle petitioner's pension and DCRG amount, along with admissible interest and penalty within a reasonable time. The case of the petitioner is that, he retired from service on 31.05.2016. Subsequently, he sent his pension papers to the concerned Authority and the same is pending for more than 9 months. In this connection, he sent representation on 21.02.2025 and 30.04.2025, and such representations are yet to be considered by the respondents. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that based upon the petitioner's representation, the 2nd respondent has forwarded the pension proposal to the 3rd respondent. It is the submission of the second respondent that it is for the 3rd respondent to pass orders on those pension proposals. 5.
In such view of the matter, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate order by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025 & 30.04.2025, according to it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
