ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(b) on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10501 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police, every day at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the Petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. Other conditions imposed therein remains unaltered / intact.
