Habeas Corpus filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents herein to secure and produce the petitioner's wife namely, Nivedha, aged about 23 years, from the illegal custody of the 4th respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner's wife appears to have eloped with the fourth respondent. Even according to the petitioner, his wife is 23 years of age. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the third respondent registered a case in Crime No.44 of 2026 on 10.04.2026. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the third respondent.
