ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to re-valuate his papers in accordance with the key answers applicable to question paper codes 050876 & 050870 of the year 2017.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that he has been pursuing B.E. Mechanical - III Year in the second respondent Institution. However, due to the incorrect evaluation done by the first respondent department in the 5th semester examinations, he was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
awarded only 49 and 48 marks in the subjects, namely, Dynamics of Machines and Heat and Mass Transfer. According to him, after obtaining a copy of the answer sheets, he made an internal valuation with the second respondent Institution as to verify whether the valuation has been done in a proper manner. However, he came to know that his answer sheets have been incorrectly evaluated according to the key answers.
3.When it is the grievance of the petitioner that his answer sheets have been incorrectly evaluated according to the key answers, he ought to have sent a representation to the respondents seeking re-valuation of his papers in accordance with the key answers applicable to question paper codes 050876 & 050870 of the year 2017. Till date the petitioner has not given any representation to the respondents. Without doing so, he cannot approach this Court by filing this petition seeking above direction to the first respondent. More over, if it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that a copy of the representation has been sent to the respondents, the same has not been enclosed in the typed set of papers. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP. is closed.
