PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.0020/2020/A1 dated 31.08.2021 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering with the Kumbaapisagam function for the Vinayaga Temple to be held on 16.09.2021 or any other date within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
