ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [for brevity, hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'] seeking for a interim injunction restraining the respondents 2 to 4 and all persons claiming under them from conducting any meeting in relation to the affairs of the first respondent Association.

2. Heard Mr.Athiban Vijay AK, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court already passed an order in Arb.O.P(com.div).No.6 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025 appointing an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. In view of the same, it is left open to the applicant to move an interlocutory application before the learned Arbitrator under Section 2/4

17 of the Act and work out their remedy in accordance with law. This application is disposed of in the above terms. 23.09.2025 mp 3/4
