[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Seeking production of the wife namely, Priya, aged about 27 years, who is allegedly under the custody of the respondents 3 to 5, namely, brother, father and mother of the woman, husband of the woman has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that further action has been dropped in pursuant to the detenu having been secured and at present she is living with her mother.
