This application has been filed by the applicant/4th defendant to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the written statement in T.O.S No.8 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Post the matter on 24.07.2023 for filing written statement by the 4th defendant, along with T.O.S.No.7 of 2022.
