The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct proper investigation and to file the charge sheet in Crime No.142 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.142 of 2022 is over and final report was filed through e-filing on 12.03.2025 vide efiling No.LTN-20230002193C202500027 before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
