O R D E R
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026 concerning the restoration of diesel generator connection to the petitioner's house as per Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) vide C.No. 004/2025 dated 12.11.2025. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with inasmuch as no order prejudicial to his interest is passed. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of Villa Alliance Humming Garden Phase-2. He further submits diesel generator backup has been disconnected to the petitioner's home in spite of the payment being made as per the TNRERA in C.No. 004/2025 dated 12.11.2025. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation dated 19.03.2026 to the first respondent. Since, no action has been taken so for, the present petition has been filed. 5.
Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the third respondent is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner and he will consider the same and pass orders at the earliest.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026 and take appropriate action as per law, after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent, on or before 10.06.2026. Further, the third respondent shall communicate his final decision to the petitioner on or before 15.06.2026 by way of RPAD. 3/5

With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
