Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and the nature of the suits, I find that the defendants should be given a chance to defend the suit.

Hence, these applications are allowed, the delay of 96 days in filing the written statement is condoned. The written statements of the sole defendant in C.S.Nos. 84 & 85 of 2019 and defendants 1, 2 and 5 in C.S.No. 86 of 2019 are taken on file.
