This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 99 days in preferring the criminal appeal before this Court against the jdugement dated 22.11.2024 in S.C.No.52 of 2024 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, pending disposal of Crl.A.Sr.No.33586 of 2025.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
