ORDER

Alleging noncompliance of the order dated 17.02.2022 passed in W.P. No.2755 of 2022, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.

According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, terminal benefits have been settled to the petitioner along with interest. In support of this submission, a memo has also been filed by the Transport Corporation.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation and also taking note of the memo filed by the respondent Corporation, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner has got any other grievance in respect of order dated 17.02.2022, it is open for him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 04.10.2024 cad Cont. P.
