Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent herein to pass appropriate orders for permanent absorption of the petitioner in the Salem District Central Cooperative Bank, Salem based on the proposals sent by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.604/2009/Ni.1 dated 17.05.2012 and Na.Ka.No.4566/2012/Ma.Va dated 24.07.2012 to the 2nd respondent herein and by extending the benefits of G.O.(D) No.173, dated 31.07.2013 to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 10.11.2014 & 07.11.2014.
