This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6919/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4554/2025 dated 08.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the investigation officer, Conventional Crime, CCB Chennai on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6919/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4554/2025 dated 08.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the investigation officer, Conventional Crime, CCB Chennai on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders is relaxed.
